Ecotable Awards 2026: Where Are Paris’s Most Committed Restaurants?

Can food be good for both people and the planet? Ecotable, the company that has been helping restaurants measure and reduce their environmental impact since 2019, believes the answer is a resounding yes. On June 1, it unveiled the third edition of its Sustainable Dining Awards, highlighting the most responsible food businesses of the year.

Across fourteen categories, the awards paint a picture of the industry’s most committed players—not only restaurants, but also canteens, caterers, hotels and bakeries. There is little room for subjectivity in the rankings: winners are determined by the highest scores achieved in Ecotable’s rigorous audit process. The assessment is based on more than 150 criteria, supported by supplier invoices (from vegetables to energy), menus and operational data. In short, this is sustainability measured with hard evidence.

While this year’s flagship award for Most Committed Restaurant went to Le Bouche à Oreille, a bistro in the Gers region of southwestern France, Greater Paris still had plenty to celebrate.

The Plant-Based Restaurant Award went to Vivide, the vegan restaurant created by Michelle Primc and Jérémy Grosdidier, which had already been recognized with the 2026 Time Out Food & Drink Award for Best Neighborhood Restaurant.

The Neighborhood Canteen Award was presented to Cantine Terroirs d’Avenir, renowned for its exceptional lunch offering.

In Montreuil, Pois Gourmands, founded by Julie Algré and Emma Mariani, took home the Organic Restaurant Award.

Elsewhere in Seine-Saint-Denis, Farine, located in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais, won the title of Most Committed Bakery.

Finally, for the collective achievements of its four venues—including Fellows—Maslow Group, led by Julia Chican, Marine Ricklin and Mehdi Favri, was named Most Committed Restaurant Group of 2026.
