Maslow Temple

Following the success of Maslow and Fellows, Maslow Group has opened a third address in the Haut Marais: Maslow Temple. This unique venue spans three floors and features a welcoming terrace overlooking the Carreau du Temple. On the menu? A renewed selection of sharing plates that remain 100% vegetarian and irresistibly appealing, alongside new creations that are even more indulgent than before.

ParisBouge’s Review of Maslow Temple

After opening a first vegetarian restaurant near Châtelet that managed to win over even the most devoted meat lovers, followed by a vegetarian pasta restaurant on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, the Maslow team is back with a new venture: Maslow Temple.

The restaurant has taken over the former Les Chouettes location, a venue long admired for its striking industrial architecture spread across three levels beneath a spectacular glass roof. In the kitchen, the winning formula remains unchanged: comforting vegetarian and vegan sharing plates at affordable prices, imagined by chef Mehdi Favri.

The menu combines revisited classics with more personal creations. Highlights include the mushroom pithivier served with a rich reduced jus—a dish that has all the makings of a future signature—potato churros paired with a deluxe sauce inspired by the iconic McDonald’s version, kimchi fritters that bring a welcome kick of spice, a whole artichoke served with an indulgent coconut and peanut dipping sauce, and zucchini carpaccio dressed with apple molasses for a refreshing touch.

To finish on a high note, the chocolate and za’atar tart topped with pumpkin seed praline is not to be missed.

There is little doubt that Maslow Temple is destined for success. Whether you’re dining as a couple or gathering with a group of friends, it’s the kind of address that works for every occasion.
