Welcome to&nbsp;<strong>Maslow Temple<\/strong>, the latest addition to the Maslow universe, opening at&nbsp;<strong>32 Rue de Picardie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The more observant among you may recognize the address as the former home of Grand Duc; history enthusiasts may know it as a 19th-century workshop distinguished by its riveted Eiffel-style metal framework. This is the third venture from the trio behind Maslow\u2014<strong>Julia Chican, Marine Ricklin, and Mehdi Favri<\/strong>\u2014following the success of the original Maslow and Fellows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plant-Based and Well-Traveled<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The space is dressed in deep carmine red (much like fellow vegetarian hotspot Daimant Saint-Honor\u00e9\u2014plant-based dining is clearly embracing a bold aesthetic) and introduces a menu entirely distinct from its sister restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expect influences ranging from neo-bistro cuisine to street food and Japanese cooking. Dishes include a mushroom pithivier with rich reduced jus, a sesame-infused &#8220;Paris-Beyrouth,&#8221; crispy potato churros, okonomiyaki made with pointed cabbage, and oyster mushroom tempura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sustainability on Every Level<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The commitment goes far beyond the d\u00e9cor.
