Can you serve food that is both delicious and good for the planet? Ecotable, the company that has helped restaurants measure and reduce their environmental impact since 2019, gives a resounding “yes.” On Monday, June 1, it unveiled the third edition of its Sustainable Restaurant Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The awards span 14 categories, highlighting the year’s most environmentally responsible establishments\u2014not only restaurants, but also cafeterias, caterers, hotels, and bakeries. The ranking leaves little room for subjectivity: winners are selected based on their Ecotable audit score, a rigorous assessment built around more than 150 criteria, supported by supplier invoices (from vegetables to energy), menus, and operational practices. In short, the evaluation is thorough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While this year’s top award for Most Committed Restaurant<\/strong> went to Le Bouche \u00c0 Oreille<\/strong> in the Gers region, Greater Paris also celebrated several standout achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Best Plant-Based Restaurant<\/strong> award went to Vivide<\/strong>, the vegan restaurant run by Michelle Primc and J\u00e9r\u00e9my Grosdidier, which had already been recognised with the Time Out Food & Drink Award 2026<\/strong> for Best Neighbourhood Restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Neighbourhood Canteen Award<\/strong> was presented to Cantine de Terroirs d’Avenir<\/strong> for its much-loved lunchtime offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In Montreuil, Le Pois Gourmands<\/strong>, led by Julie Algr\u00e9 and Emma Mariani, received the Best Organic Restaurant<\/strong> award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile, in Le Pr\u00e9-Saint-Gervais, Farine<\/strong> was named Most Committed Bakery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Finally, Maslow Group<\/strong>, founded by Julia Chican, Marine Ricklin, and Mehdi Favri, was recognised as the Most Committed Restaurant Group of 2026<\/strong>, thanks to the collective impact of its four establishments (Fellows).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
