Available every Sunday, this brunch is designed for those who love both sweet and savoury plates, to share and enjoy at a relaxed pace.

At Maslow 1er, brunch is more than just a meal it’s a moment to enjoy together. Each plate is freshly prepared and made to be shared, allowing everyone to create their own perfect brunch.
The concept is simple: choose 3 plates, sweet or savoury, and enjoy a generous, flexible brunch tailored to your cravings.

65% dark chocolate biscuit, hazelnut and chocolate-coconut cream.
- Coconut rice pudding
Coconut milk rice pudding with candied orange, black lemon and caramel.

- Truffle gnocchi (+€3)
Soft gnocchi with truffle mushroom cream and sheep’s milk cheese.

Crispy falafel, hibiscus mayo, lemon gel and pickled spring onion.
- Portobello katsu
Breaded portobello mushroom with Shibuya sauce.

The Royal Bergamote, Maslow’s signature drink made with pét-nat rosé, bergamot syrup and lemon zest, is included in the Sunday 2 formula or available à la carte.
